I wish I would of had Alana when we first purchased our home. I met her briefly after our purchase and she made such and impression on me that when we decided to sell 15 years later that we contacted her. Trust me she did not disappoint us. We where competing against foreclosures and several homes for sale and I remember her words when she left our home, Do not worry if you do not have any prospects for two months. Well, Alana sold our home in two and a half months. She is a remarkable women with stamina and would put an office of twenty real estate personnel to shame. I recently worked with Alana to sell my condo in a terrible real estate market. From the beginning of the process to the end, Alana demonstrated her knowledge and experience in the real estate market. She was also very professional and easy to work with. With it being a tough real estate market for sellers, I felt Alana was straightforward with me. We priced the condo at a price comparable to recent condo closings, not at an unrealistic price. Potential buyers would knit pick at everything they did not like and Alana would communicate those to me so I could improve the condo. I had to move out of state before my condo was able to sell and Alana was the caretaker of my condo when I was gone and it occurred over the winter. She often checked up on my condo and was there whenever someone had to visit my condo such as when I needed the furnace worked on. After the contract was signed we had some issues on my condo with the heavy snowfall and Alana was very assertive in dealing with the condo's management company to get everything resolved. Once the management company issue was resolved, everything through the closing went very smoothly. I wish someone had recommended Alana to me six years ago when I purchased my condo, but I am glad I was lucky enough use her when I sold it.

Simply put, Alana is the best! We have worked with her twice now, and would never do a Real Estate transaction without her.
