Unfortunately, these words won’t articulate how outstanding Alana Galvin of Suburban Homes and Condo’s was throughout my entire condo selling process. Before hiring Alana, I had tried to sell my condo for 2 years with no luck. After meeting and hiring Alana, I had 3 offers in 2 weeks and was able to sell the condo. When I first met Alana, I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about real estate including current conditions regarding my specific condo area. She was very honest, open, had a calm demeanor, and great sense of humor, which was one of the reasons I chose to work with Alana. When my husband & I were interested in buying my father suggested we meet with Alana because she helped him find his condo in 2001. When I meet with Alana the 1st time we talked about what we were interested in & I expressed my concerns about qualifying for a mortgage. This was our 1st time buying any real-estate so I wasn’t sure. Alana gave me the name & number to a Home Loan Specialist & suggested I give him a call. I spoke with the Home Loan Specialist & he was so helpful. Within a few months we were able to fix our credit report issues with his guidance & we were able to get preapproved for a mortgage & start looking for our new home. Alana was great we spent a lot of time looking at condos & we were able to get to know her. I am so happy we listen to my father & I called her. I couldn’t imagine going through this experience with anyone else other than Alana. I didn’t realize how emotional this whole process could be. Thanks to Alana we were able to get through it all. We looked at a lot of different places till we found one that felt like home. Then we had some issues with our mortgage at the very end & I am so grateful to Alana, she was right on top of everything when we needed her. We have been working with Alana since 2006, when we purchased our condo, our first home, right before we were married.
