Alana Galvin is one of the best real estate agents we have ever worked with to sell a house. We were not living close by and had limited opportunities to travel to Connecticut. After previously going through a horrible experience with another realtor who was inexperienced and only treated us as dollar signs, we were nervous and skeptic about trying to sell and buy a house again. Alana was referred to us by our mortgage company, and after my first call with her, I KNEW she was different. We hit it off right away, talking with her was like talking to one of my closest friends.

She was very honest and told us what to expect, what to prepare for, and had plan A and plan B in place just in case. After our last experience with the previous realtor, I wanted to prepare myself for anything that could go wrong and kept myself guarded, but with Alana she kept reminding me 'if it's meant to be, it'll be'. We put 100% trust and faith, and sure enough we found our dream house.

She KNOWS this industry like the back of her hand, when we toured houses, she knew things to look for that no other realtor would even think of. She wasn't looking for a quick sale and seal the deal. She looks for things that PROTECT your investment, which is your home. I was so impressed when she pointed out things to us, that my husband and I would've never looked at before. She never once showed us a house that would be a waste of time, or for us to fall in love with something that would be a money pit. She wouldn't put her name on something, if she knew it her gut that it wasn't a good idea, which we appreciated.

We honestly cannot say enough about Alana, the entire process has been so easy and stress free, that most days it seems like it's too good to be true. But it is true, and not only did we find our forever home, but we gained a forever friend.

A++++. Can’t say enough about Alana and her willingness to go the extra mile for us. She keeps it real and honest from the start. She works hard behind the scenes and we never once doubted her ability to get the job done. SUPER responsive to texts or calls, never made us feel like we were just another commission check. Her Just For School Teachers program is legit and netted us big savings (over $5700)…it proves she really cares about teachers and the sacrifices they go through each day.
