This is my second time working with Alana. I can't say enough great things about her! The first time was buying a condo. I was going through a very difficult time in my life, and very unsure of alot of things. Alana listened, and worked with me to find just the right condo for me. Recently I wanted to find a house, and of course I went to Alana. She is so professional, listens to what you're looking for, and REALLY cares. She helped me find just what I was looking for. For being a first time home buyer, Alana made the process of purchasing my condo a breeze. Alana took the time to provide guidance to me on what to look for in purchasing a condo and never once looked the other way when I asked a rookie question. The purchase went so smoothly that it was almost hard to believe I was buying a condo! Her knowledge of the area was also impressive. She could answer any question about any condo complex on the spot. Above all, Alana listened to exactly what I was looking for. She never once tried to sell me something out of my price range and it was quite clear from the beginning that finding the perfect home for me was her highest priority. I can't even begin to say what a huge help it was to have someone so knowledgeable when buying a Condo. Alana knew everything I needed to do, and made the process of buying my first home easy. When we would go look at homes she would know right away if it was a good fit for me or not, and was very thorough on checking things like the roof the plumbing and the list goes on. Any questions I had she would always answered for me even when it was about my mortage. She went above and beyond what I thought a Realtor would do for you.
