I was referred to Alana through a friend when buying my first condo. She made the process so easy and spent the time with me to explain each step thoroughly along the way. Not only was Alana diligent but she helped me find a great mortgage broker and real estate attorney as well. I thought I found the right condo and Alana told me to sleep on it over the weekend. I'm glad I did as I ended up buying in a better market, better location and at a lower price. When I had to sell my condo only a year later, I knew who to call. Alana is wonderful to work with. This is my second experience working with her. The first time was when I purchased my condo in Rocky Hill. I was so impressed with her professionalism, I contacted her again 11 years later when I was ready to sell the same property. I knew she would take care of every little detail and that I would not have to worry about something slipping through the cracks. It took a big weight off my mind knowing Alana was taking care of the sale - especially since I was trying to plan a wedding and organize moving to a new home at the same time. Alana is amazing! She found the perfect condo for Misty and I within a few short weeks. She has great instincts and made sure I didn't overbid on a place I loved. If it weren't for Alana I would have been stuck in a condo that I didn't love, because of the misinformation I was getting from other Realtors in the area (Things like FHA wasn't going to apply to condos anymore, you can't over bid, and the places I was looking at with them were fabulous) After Alana helped me fiqure out what style of condo, and what location I was looking for, she was able to help me get my dream home; something that I did not think I would find as a first time buyer. As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect when I begun the search for my first home. I was literally CLUELESS. By some stroke of luck, I managed to link up with Alana. I can't say enough good things about her. She was so approachable, friendly, and helpful. She was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had, no matter what time of day (I believe her Blackberry may be surgically attached). This is my second ecounter with Alana, my first being a breeze with selling my condo. However, there were many issues with the sale of our last home. Throughout the entire process we found Alana to be very professional, caring, knowledgeable, and at times thought she should have a psychology degree.
