This past year I engaged the services of Alana Galvin of Suburban Homes and Condos in Rocky Hill to sell my condo in Berlin and search out a smaller condo to downsize but stay in the area of central Connecticut. Previously, about two years ago, she also sold a family property in Newington. She did lots of research to find a new place for me in Cromwell, in a very convenient location. Why did I call on Alana three times? She is friendly and down to earth, is exceedingly savvy in marketing a property, and I always felt that she was truly working for my best interest. Last fall, when I put my condo in Berlin on the market, I had an offer from buyers in Danbury who were selling their home. Their buyer, unfortunately, backed out, but Alana told me that she felt certain that they were the ones who would buy my condo. Sure enough, when they secured a new buyer in the winter, they signed the contract and bought my condo. Alana took care of this while I was in Florida. She is a person whose instincts and advice you can absolutely trust.
